Welcome to the Meditation Habit
Teachings to enjoy before the official start of the program.
When we first visited France, one of the many delightful practices that we were introduced to is that of the amuse-bouche — literally to amuse the mouth — a single, bite-sized hors d’œuvre.
Amuse-bouche are different from appetizers.
They are not ordered from a menu by patrons but are served freely and according to the chef's selection alone.
I’ve selected a few dharma amuse-bouches for your meditative mind from the Wisdom Heart Library.
Please enjoy these 3 meditative morsels.
They will prepare you for the official start of the Meditation Habit Program.
Savor each one. Don’t gobble. Don’t rush.
Each short video teaching is followed by reflection questions.
Engage with these reflections because in doing so, you will personalize and internalize the teachings.
Love & Shanti,
E.
