How To Listen To And Download MP3 meditations
TO LISTEN
- The meditations above are available to be played online, without downloading. to do this just click on the link and the meditation will open and play in a new window. You can adjust the volume by clicking on the increasing-size bars on the left.
- Note: For some of the larger/longer meditations you may need to allow a couple of minutes for the file to download so that it can play seamlessly without pausing. If you have pauses while listening to the audio please click the pause button, allow a minute for the download to process, then click play again.
- Alternatively, if this happens, use the directions below to download the MP3 and open it from your computer instead.

On PCs:
- The easiest way to download an MP3 is to hover over the link, and right-click with your mouse. On the menu that appears, click “Save Link As” or “Save Target As”. Select the location on your computer that you want it to save to when the dialog box comes up, then click “Save”.
- If you’ve clicked the link so that it opens in a new window of your browser, wait for it to load, and then from the File menu of your browser, select “Save As” or “Save Page As”. Select the location on your computer that you want it to save to when the dialog box comes up, then click “Save”.
On Macs:
- In Safari you’ll need to do is CTRL-click (hold down at the same time) on the mp3 link above, choose “Download Linked File As” on the menu that pops up, select the location you want to save the file in the dialog box and click Save.
- For other browsers, the easiest way to download an MP3 is pretty much the same; hover over the link, and CTRL-click (at the same time).
