Seven Days
Change your relationship with meditation in one week - for life.
If meditation is so good for you — and you know it is — why hasn't it become part of your daily life?
Most people try meditation.
They read about it. Attend a workshop. Sit for a few days.
Then life takes over, and the practice fades.
This doesn't happen because meditation doesn't work.
It happens because most meditation training never teaches how to make practice part of daily life.
Seven Days is designed to address that problem.
"I have not missed a day on the cushion since day one of the program,
and most importantly, I haven't wanted to skip a single day, even while traveling."
— Jean Van Bonn
"I realized today what you mean by falling in love with the practice.
I woke up and looked forward to sitting on my cushion. Thank you for this program. It has brought me to a deeper practice after many tries in vain."
— Sigrid Beck
The Origin Story
In the mid-1800s, a lineage of Kriya Yoga masters looked ahead and saw what was coming to humanity — the acceleration, the fragmentation, the increasing difficulty of finding stillness in a world that would never slow down.
In response, they brought these teachings out of the caves and into the world, so that the deepest awakening could be realized by people living fully engaged human lives.
The practice you'll learn in this program comes from that lineage.
- Simple enough to learn in a single sitting.
- Deep enough for a lifetime.
"Instead of telling myself I should meditate, I now wake up and actually do itÂ
with a deep sense of looking forward to this intimate space.Â
The structure feels like a safety net, where I immerse myself and unfold into daily practice step-by-step."

What You'll LearnÂ
Over seven days, in less than twenty minutes a day, you'll learn:
A complete meditation practice rooted in the Kriya Yoga tradition — specific, ancient, and immediately accessible to anyone willing to sit and breathe.
The habit architecture that makes practice stick.
Not through willpower, but through a nervous-system-friendly design that makes sitting as natural as brushing your teeth.
The program builds progressively.
Each day you receive a teaching, a guided practice, and reflections to deepen your understanding.
By Day 7, meditation will feel less like another task — and more like a natural part of your life.Â
About Eric
I've been practicing and teaching these methods for over fifty years. I received this lineage directly from my teacher Goswami Kriyananda — an unbroken transmission stretching back to Lahiri Mahasaya, the sage who first carried Kriya Yoga from the caves to the world.
I am an ordained lineage holder in this tradition, and I've guided thousands of people through these practices.
"This program finally resolved my resistance to establishing a daily meditation practice. For
years I’ve known it would be helpful, but somehow never managed to actually sit every day.
The design of the program helped me create a practical structure – that fit my life and motivation - so that moving into daily practice feels natural and inevitable.”
